Pico De Gallo: Fiesta! Modern Mexican Cuisine Style

In fact, many of our fine fares are made several times throughout the day to ensure the best flavor possible. Our pico de gallo is no exception.

Pico de Gallo Fiesta! Style

What you will need:

4 Tomatoes –diced

 1 Onion- chopped

1 Green onion-chopped

¼ Cup Cilantro- freshly chopped

½ Jalapeno Pepper- seeded and chopped

1 tablespoon Lime Juice

1 clove of garlic - freshly chopped

Salt to taste

After dicing and chopping ingredients, combine them in a bowl and mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
