Parkway Central Hosts Taste of the Town Monday

Annual features 21 Chesterfield restaurants and will raise money for Project Graduation.

Sample a buffet of the best restaurants in Chesterfield and West County this Monday when Parkway Central High School hosts Taste of the Town.

The annual event runs from 6-8 p.m. and will feature dishes from 21 different area restaurants, including Charlie Gitto's, PM BBQ, McArthur's Bakery and Chick-Fil-A. Tickets are $10 and the proceeds will fund Project Graduation for the 2013 senior class.

Taste of the Town co-chair and parent of two Parkway students Susan Nachman said Project Graduation provides a safe, drug- and alcohol-free graduation party.

She estimated the event usually attracts 300-400 people and is one of Project Graduation's main sources of funding.

For more information, call Susan at 314-518-3178. Tickets are available at the door.
