Why can't foresight be 20/20?

Weather, good or bad, is still affecting wall preparation.

They say hindsight is 20/20  (who "they" are, I'm not completely sure).  That's all fine and good, but wouldn't it be nice if we could ACTUALLY predict the weather for the few days ahead of us?

I know that I have harped on the weather recently.  It is not because I don't like a little rain, or that this weekend wasn't completely beautiful. It's just that we had plans for our amazing mural team and continuing preparations for the "Make Your Mark" mural project that had to be put on hold. Due to the forecast, we cancelled our plans (and volunteers).  Unfortunate for us, but fortunately for the City of Chesterfield and their , it was a gorgeous weekend!

Why is that unfortunate, you ask?  Because in order to put the basecoat of paint up on the wall, we needed to have our paint sprayer and paint ready to go.  They weren't, because we had cancelled our plans due to the forecast...there is a pattern here, I know.

Oh well—maybe we'll get lucky and the forecast for the next couple of days will fall in our favor.  If not, you may hear me complain yet again.
