St. Louis Family Church
636-532-3446
In 1988 Pastor Jeff Perry and his wife, Patsy, founded St. Louis Family Church. Without their own building, they held worship services in such places as Desmet High School and the Salvation Army building. In the spring of 1993, they moved into their present location in Chesterfield Valley. That summer, a flood covered the church with 9 feet of water, mud and sewage. The congregation stepped in to help out and by the spring of 1994 they had reclaimed their church. Out of this disaster, the church's mission, Service International, was born. Similar to The American Red Cross, Service International aids in disaster relief all over the world.
Today, the church's expansive campus includes a playground, soccer field and skate park.
