Plans for an adult day care center in Chesterfield can move ahead now that city council has approved a zoning change. The change, which was unanimously approved, allows day care facilities in the Four Seasons development at the corner of River Valley Drive and Olive Boulevard. Lutheran Adult Day Services plans to get a building permit to refurbish the interior of what used to be Denmark Travel and turn it into a day care service.
