The barbecue joint has missed its initial re-opening date of Nov. 12 but has said on Facebook that they are just waiting on a couple of final inspections.
PM BBQ relocation to a bigger space is nearly complete, although the Chesterfield restaurant has missed its originally re-opening date of Nov. 12 The barbecue joint is moving just down the street from its original location in the Town Center shopping plaza at the corner of Long Road and Edison Avenue to a smaller strip of shops facing Long Road, according to the Riverfront Times. It's the same complex that houses the International Taphouse and as the RFT points outs, this could be a great arrangement for bargoers, as iTap allows outside food at all of its location. A Hyatt Place hotel is being constructed next to Chesterfield's Drury Plaza hotel.
If you've been wondering what's being constructed next to the Drury Plaza hotel in Chesterfield, you might be surprised to learn it's going to be ... another hotel. As previously reported by Chesterfield Patch, St. Louis-based Drury Hotels received the green light to start construction of an eight-story, 145-room Hyatt Place on the site last fall. The two businesses will share parking lots and a restaurant. According to the St. Louis Business Journal, a second hotel was part of Drury's original plan for the spot and it will operate the Hyatt as a franchise. Work began on the Hyatt earlier this month and the first elements of the buildings foundational structure are now visible.
The taphouse and restaurant is aiming for Oct. 1 opening and will feature table-side taps.
After pushing back its original Sept. 10 opening, Circle 7 Ranch Taphouse and Grill is now hoping to start serving brews and burgers Oct. 1. The location in Ballwin Grove Plaza at Henry Road and Clayton is right next door to Chesterfield and will feature table-side beer taps and is the latest endeavor from Pete Ferretti and Buddy Coy. According to St. Louis Magazine, the duo has produced downtown venues such as The Outfield at Mike Shannon's, The Pepper Lounge, Mandarin and Lumen. The primary selections on tap will be popular beer choices with the potential to extend to craft beers eventually, Coy said.
