The Chesterfield Planning and Public Works Committee meets tonight to discuss an request concerning signs for open houses, parking restrictions on Amiot Court and a re-zoning request from Stages St. Louis. Open House Signs In a letter addressed to the mayor and city council, the Home Builders Association of Eastern St. Louis and Missouri is asking that an amendement set to expire this year allowing the display of directional signs for open houses on Saturdays be made permenant. The industry group cited a still-struggling real estate market as the reason for the change.
