The latest report from the Chesterfield police shows at least five incidents of home burglaries and larcenies in the past week.
Chesterfield police reported four incidents of home break-ins in the past week, according to the latest reports from the department for the week of March 27 through April 2. Patch is checking with city police for more details, but all the incidents involve an unknown suspect breaking into a home and making off with personal property. In at least one case, police reported that the intruder had forced open a door. Chesterfield police spokesman Officer Mike Ryffel told Patch that in all four cases, police do not have suspects, but that police are actively investigating.
