This week the Restaurant Review Round-Up is stopping in at one of Chesterfield's newer establishments, Fiesta Modern Mexican, which opened in May of this year. The restaurant aims to create a modern take on the traditional Mexican staples, from the way the food is prepared to the interior decor. Specalities include fajitas, 10-inch quesadillas and empananas. The good: Fiesta offers an alternative to the seemingly interchangable string of Mexican restaurants that dot the area with a slightly more uspcale menu and setting. The bad: Spotty service at times. Anxious to try this new restaurant, and was more than disappointed!! 1) Terrible Service...Only customers in restaurant, and the staff was too busy watching T.V!! 2) Politely asked for more "yellow chips", server actually took the plastic dish it was served in, removed a couple of red/green chips and put approximately 6 yellow chips on table!!!! 3) Food was not fresh, yes I went on a Sunday … more ›
