The Mardi Gras themed event will feature casino games such as blackjack, craps and roulette along with an auction, prizes and food/drinks.

Hit the Jackpot this February with the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce as the Young Professionals present a Mardi Gras themed Casino Night on Friday, February 8 from 7-11 p.m. at Helicopter's Inc., located in Chesterfield at 18366 Wings of Hope Boulevard. You and your guest(s) can place your bets at blackjack, craps and roulette tables to win fabulous prizes auctioned at the end of the evening. Start your winning streak with drinks, food and dessert beginning at 7pm. The gambling begins at 7:30pm and continues through 9:30pm, with the auction immediately following. Join the Chamber at the Annual Awards Luncheon and Introduction of the 2013 Board of Directors as the 2012 Chairman, Jennifer Hill, passes the gavel to Tom Keller of Logan College. The 2013 Board of Directors will be introduced, followed by a presentation of awards in the categories of Business of the Year, Business Person of the Year, Individual Service Award, Spirit of Chesterfield, Task Master and Volunteer of the Year Award. Registration and networking begin at 11:30 a.m. Luncheon will be served at noon. New members and representatives may arrive at 11 a.m. for a special half hour of networking. The annual business expo is Thursday. In its 20th year, it will feature about 80 vendors.
A lot has changed in Chesterfield in the past 20 years, but the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce is hoping that one thing hasn't: they still want to throw a business expo where attendees are able to see every booth. When the expo began 20 years ago, there were 10 vendors. At Thursday's event, there will be about 80. Still, that's small enough that it's not overwhelming, said Julie Jackson, the Chamber's director of marketing and public relations. "The Chamber is bigger, Chesterfied is bigger. The community expanded and the (Chesterfield) Valley grew. We had to expand to include that growth, but we want to make sure the expo feels intimate," Jackson said.
