Syberg’s Makes RFT Reader’s Favorite Wings

The seafood chain was recognized for its allover appetizer offerings, but the wings came out on top.

If there was ever a question whether diners love the appetizers at Syberg's, RFT readers have given us a sure answer. Readers believe the restaurant (with St. Louis County locations in Affton, Maryland Heights and Chesterfield) serves up the second best potato skins, third favorite sampler plate, and fifth overall appetizer selection, according to the publication's Restaurants 2013 guide. But they topped the list for chicken wings. “It is the mark of a true St. Louisan when the name ‘Sybergs’ conjures up images of chicken and… sharks. I did not know where Syberg's was located and needed to do a Google search to locate the establishment & view their menu to see what else is offered.   more ›

Syberg's Expands Appetizer, Salad Selections on New Menu

The Chesterfield restaurant and bar is scheduled to debut a new menu this spring.

Customers of the Syberg’s in Chesterfield —or even the locations in Maryland Heights, Affton, nd downtown St. Louis—may notice a plethora of new options on their menus. Known for its famous shark chunks, Syberg's locations will have an expanded selection of appetizers, sandwiches and salads—plus options like turkey burgers, chicken fingers and pizza for less adventurous folk. (See the attached menu for more details.)
