Jamie Givens, Neighbor

Jamie Givens grew up in St. Louis.  A native of Arnold, he graduated from Fox High School and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Missouri State University in Springfield.  He is excited to be working at home, covering great high school sports in the area.

Like most kids growing up, Jamie tried his hand at several sports, baseball, soccer and basketball, but only basketball stuck going into high school.  Jamie played four years of high school basketball and experienced very limited success.  However, discouraged, he would not be.  His skills have only improved since graduation, and he challenges anyone to test them at anytime.  In addition to basketball, Jamie is an avid golfer (aka he pays to get really mad on a nice day).
