World travel, a colorful heritage, and a passion for culture has given Natalia Motola a love of good food, fine wine, and the written word, whether in English, Spanish or the occasional French. A former hotel industry professional and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, her travels have carried her from her native New York through kitchens of five star restaurants in Mexico City, boutique hotels in Boston, with stops in Europe along the way. She is now settled happily in St. Louis, her home of ten years, with her husband and three daughters. Natalia hopes to bring her knowledge from around the world to the communities of Town and Country and Manchester.
