I'm a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame, back from a brief stint abroad in Kazakhstan with the Peace Corps.  I've lived in Spain and Washington DC, and I've traveled all over Europe.  I've been to a bunch of places that I loved and would like to go back to, but St. Louis will always be home.

Born and raised here, I lived first in South City, within walking distance of Ted Drewes and the Mississippi River.  Now I live in South County, where I went to grade school and grew up in a great neighborhood (within walking distance of an Imo's).  I went to Cor Jesu Academy and then from there to  Notre Dame, but I'm glad to be back and writing about this city.
